Organizations looking for an unbiased and fair approach in responding to employee complaints (ie. harassment, bullying or a co-worker conflict), can benefit by utilizing PIVOTAL to conduct a third party investigation.

The investigation will include scheduling individual interviews with all parties involved in the original complaint. These interviews can be conducted at the workplace, an alternate offsite location, or at the PIVOTAL office.

Following the investigation, a detailed report will be provided which will outline the content of the interviews along with recommendations on complaint resolution.
